Media
Press kit · Logos · Imagery · Usage release
This area is intended for editorial teams, event organisers, partners and anyone referencing or reusing content by Sasha Justmann. It provides the official SJ logo as well as approved imagery in the common formats and resolutions.
All files are available as direct downloads: logos as scalable SVG vectors and as PNG from 256 to 2048 pixels, portraits as JPG in web and print resolution.
Usage
- For web and screen use the PNG variants from 512 px upwards; for print and free scaling always use the SVG masters.
- The gold variant is the primary mark and requires a dark background. On light surfaces use the black-and-white (mono) variant, on coloured or busy surfaces the negative variant.
- Keep clear space around the logo of at least half the height of the monogram.
- Logo and imagery must not be distorted, recoloured, cropped, given effects or combined with other brands.
- Portraits may only be used in connection with editorial coverage of Sasha Justmann or with his published contributions.
- Image credit for portraits: “Photo: Sasha Justmann”.
Release
Use of the logos and images provided here is free of charge, but permitted exclusively under the following conditions:
- Prior notice: the intended use must be announced in advance by email, stating the source, the medium and the purpose of publication.
- Proof copy: after publication a copy or proof of the publication (link, PDF or printed copy) must be provided.
- Backlink and attribution: every digital publication must include a visible, followable backlink to justmann.tech as the source and origin; in print media the source “justmann.tech” must be named.
Without fulfilment of these three conditions no usage release is granted. All rights to the files remain with Sasha Justmann; passing files to third parties, reselling and any use beyond the announced purpose are not permitted. The release may be revoked at any time.
Colours & Typography
Corporate identity · Colour values · Typography · Usage rules
The visual identity of justmann.tech is consistently dark and editorial: near-black surfaces, white typography, greys for structure – and gold as the single accent colour. Gold is used sparingly and marks interaction, currency and emphasis only.
For any design created on behalf of Sasha Justmann: a dark ground is the default. Light layouts are possible, in which case the black-and-white or negative logos are used and gold appears only as a restrained line, icon or text accent.
Colour palette
Take all values verbatim from the website – no custom shades, no gradients, no additional accent colours.
Ink Black (base surface)
#0A0A0A · hsl(0 0% 4%)
--background
Base for all surfaces, backgrounds, covers and presentation slides. Never replace it with pure #000000 – the 4 % lightness creates the characteristic depth.
Paper White (type)
#FAFAFA · hsl(0 0% 98%)
--foreground
Headlines, wordmark and body copy on dark ground. On light layouts the text colour mirrors to Ink Black.
Gold (accent)
#E3B950 · hsl(43 72% 60%)
--accent-gold
The only accent colour: link hover, active states, “current” badges, the dot in JUSTMANN.TECH, hairline frames. Rule of thumb: max. 5 % of the surface, never for long text passages.
Surface (card fill)
#1A1A1A · hsl(0 0% 10%)
--secondary
Raised cards, badges and fills on Ink Black – used instead of shadows, which the layout avoids entirely.
Hairline (rules)
#333333 · hsl(0 0% 20%)
--border
One-pixel dividers and frames. Structure comes from rules and white space, not from boxes with radii or drop shadows.
Muted Grey (secondary text)
#999999 · hsl(0 0% 60%)
--muted-foreground
Sublines, metadata, years, captions. Darken to #666666 for tertiary details, never lighter than the headline.
Typography
Two typefaces, never a third. Both are freely available via Google Fonts and embedded in the same web formats as on the site.
Aa BCD 123
Bebas Neue
Regular 400 · all caps · tracking −2 % · line height 0.85
Display face for names, headlines, the wordmark and section titles. Always uppercase, always tight, stacked across lines with no extra leading. Not for body copy.
Aa Bcd 123
Inter
Light 300 / Regular 400 / Medium 500 · line height 1.6
Reading text, paragraphs, lists and buttons. Labels, sublines and navigation items are set in caps with wide tracking (0.15–0.25 em) at small sizes (11–13 px) – the defining pattern of the site.
Design patterns
- Hierarchy: oversized Bebas headline → white intermediate line without gold → Inter body copy in grey. Extreme size jumps are intentional.
- Sections open with a hairline (#333333) and a left-aligned caps title in grey; the content sits to the right in a 4/8 grid.
- Imagery is always black and white (100 % greyscale); colour appears only on hover or through the gold accent.
- Interaction is expressed purely as a colour shift to gold – no underlines, no filled buttons apart from the gold-outlined variant.
- Corners stay sharp or minimally rounded (max. 8 px); surfaces carry no shadows and no gradients.
- A fine film-grain texture over dark surfaces (about 3.5 % opacity) is part of the look and may be echoed as light noise in print.
Not permitted
- Gold as a fill colour or for long text blocks, and gold on white at small sizes (insufficient contrast).
- Additional accent colours, gradients, neon or pastel tones, and tinted imagery.
- Substitute faces such as Arial, Helvetica, Montserrat or Poppins – if Bebas Neue is unavailable, use Inter Medium in caps instead.
- Bebas Neue in lowercase or mixed case, letter-spaced caps in body copy, italic styles.
- Text colours below a 4.5:1 contrast ratio against their background.
